Been there for vacation, had a real good time on vacation. We liked wonderful staff. Updated room had good bed and was complete with adequate amenities and the master bedroom, as for instance. Everything was nice; we can recommend this apartment.

The apartment is wonderful and in a great location, close to the sunny beach, stores, restaurants, and downtown, with very friendly staff ensuring a great vacation experience.

This facility seems nice enough, we were only here for 1 night and didn’t use the pool or have any interactions with staff. However, our unit, 205, was not very nice at all. The furniture is out dated, broken and not very comfortable. The tile floor is broken in places and the whole place needs to be thoroughly cleaned not just “clean up after guests leave”. I was very disappointed and glad I only booked for 1 night.

Perfect location to explore Key West. At Sunrise Suites Resort we had a wonderful stay.

The condo was very nice and comfortable with two big bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was well-equipped with everything we needed and even had a nice goodies bag with playing cards and bottle openers. The location of the complex was great, with on-site parking available, making it convenient for us to come and go.

One downside was that the sleeping sofa was unsuitable for tall persons and better suited for children. Additionally, the accommodation was only suitable for four adults, which was a bit limiting for our group.

The Grand Cayman suite 309 was perfect for our stay - spacious, well-equipped, and with a balcony overlooking the pool. The easy check-in process and door code entry made it hassle-free. The cleanliness and comfort exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return!

Our stay at Sunrise Suites Resort was overall pretty good. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the balcony was lovely, even though it was hard to lock. The check-in and check-out process was very easy, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Despite a few minor issues, like the lack of condiments and dishwasher soap in the room, and some maintenance issues in the units and common areas, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Key West.

This place was perfect for my trip to Key West, and I'm so happy I chose to stay here.

The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and had a lovely balcony. The staff was nice and very helpful. The apartments were clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet area. There was a free party bus that took us around Key West. The resort had a free shuttle service, making it easy to get around. Good value for the money.

Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

The apartment was spacious and had a nice view of the pool. It was great to have easy parking during our stay and we loved being able to rent bikes and cycle into the city, which was just 4.5 miles away.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The gym was not usable due to construction work, and all the laundry machines were broken, which was inconvenient as we had to leave with dirty laundry.
